Transfer of Technologies and Processes

The technology transfer process concerns the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge, protected or not, developed by Scientific, Technological and Innovation Institutions, internal or not of the companies.

It aims to give access to those technologies developed on a laboratory scale to companies that are interested in developing and commercially exploring the technology, whether through new products, processes or application in materials and/or services.

The transfer of technology involves from the scalability of a product from the bench to the industrial area and its complexity to design with excellence, in the most appropriate way and with the lowest rate of losses since the pilot batch, delivering the product identical to what was designed by the area. of development, such as transferring a product from a manufacture where it is already consolidated to a new manufacture where, most of the time, the equipment and peripherals are different and where the operational team knows very little about the new product/process that they will execute without that there is perception of the final consumer. The difference between the manufactured products cannot exist, regardless of the productive reality. The most important point is well-performed technology transfer accompanied by better productivity and lower production costs.

The main objective of technology transfer is to leverage the economy of the State and the Country through new products and processes accessible to the consumer.
